With over 18 years of experience in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector, Phillipa leads the strategic direction of Volunteering Queensland’s Registered Training Organisation, the Australian College of Volunteering.
In her role, she provides strategic oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant training that strengthens the capability of the volunteer sector. Phillipa is passionate about empowering learners and organisations through accessible, purpose-driven education. Under her leadership, the RTO continues to develop innovative training programs that respond to the evolving needs of volunteers and the broader community services landscape.

Chris Webb is the RTO and Compliance Coordinator at the Australian College of Volunteering, where he has worked for over two years. In this role, Chris ensures compliance with all regulatory and quality assurance standards, manages training and assessment systems, and works closely with partner schools to support the delivery of nationally recognised qualifications.
He plays a key role in overseeing the Active Volunteering qualifications offered through the school, ensuring students receive engaging, real-world learning experiences that align with curriculum and compliance requirements. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Chris is also an experienced and dynamic trainer, passionate about inclusive education and dedicated to supporting diverse learners. His approach combines deep regulatory knowledge with a commitment to quality, care, and practical outcomes.

Jackie is an experienced VET professional with over 16 years in the Vocational Education and Training sector, having begun her career in 2009.
Her experience spans a variety of industries and educational settings, starting with a construction-focused Registered Training Organisation (RTO), followed by several years at TAFE NSW. There, she worked as an Education Planning and Retention Officer in Health, Aged Care and Nursing, and later supported school-based VET programs as an Account Manager.
Since 2017, Jackie has been with Volunteering Queensland, where she supports RTO operations and leads the delivery of Active Volunteering programs in schools. She is passionate about creating accessible pathways for young people through volunteering, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, school partnerships, and program development.
